People who are not eligible to vote owing to a judicial decision are disqualified from voting. In addition, Union citizens are disqualified from voting if, owing to an individual civil or criminal law decision, they are not entitled to vote in elections to the European Parliament in the Member State of the European Union of which they are a citizen (home Member State).
