Structural constituency data

The structural data for the constituencies of the 18^th German Bundestag include data on the region and population, school leavers by type of termination, trade tax revenues and notifications, insolvency proceedings, employees subject to social insurance contributions, the unemployed rates and other socio-demographic and economic characteristics. Most of the structural data come from the “Regional Database Germany”, a joint publication of the Federal Statistical Office and statistical offices of the Länder.

The raw data of recipients of unemployment benefit and of social allowance and unemployment rates were made available to us by the Federal Employment Agency (© Bundesagentur für Arbeit).
